These terms apply to the use of the SafeShare websites as well as provided downloads, digital products, and paid SafeShare offers.
2. Use
Use is at your own responsibility. Please review cleaned links before publishing them in sensitive contexts, for example legal, medical, journalistic, or business-critical content.
3. Functionality and limits
SafeShare helps remove or handle typical tracking, measurement, and campaign additions in links more consciously. SafeShare does not promise anonymity, invisibility on the internet, or complete protection against tracking.
SafeShare reduces one specific data trail in the link itself. Protection against IP logs, fingerprinting, cookies, logins, or tracking on destination pages is not part of link cleaning.
4. Availability
There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of individual features. SafeShare may be developed further, changed, or limited.
5. Liability
Liability is governed by the applicable legal provisions. In cases of minor negligence, liability applies only for breach of essential contractual obligations.

For purchases, downloads, and digital products, the terms of the respective sales or payment provider also apply, for example Payhip. The information shown in the respective checkout is binding.
