Plain English summary: SafeShare helps you clean tracking parameters from URLs. You use it at your own risk. We do not guarantee that a cleaned link will always work, because some parameters can be functional.

1) Scope

These terms apply to the SafeShare website and the SafeShare web app provided under the domain safesharepro.com (collectively “Service”).

2) What SafeShare does

SafeShare removes common tracking parameters (e.g. utm_*, gclid, fbclid) from links and may simplify URL structures. The cleaning happens locally in your browser.

No “invisibility” promise: cleaning a URL does not prevent websites from collecting data via IP logs, cookies, fingerprinting, account tracking, or server-side redirects.

3) No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee availability, correctness, or that cleaned URLs will always lead to the same destination as the original. Some parameters are functional (language, product IDs, sessions) or intentional (affiliate attribution).

4) Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking whether a cleaned link works and whether you want to remove parameters.
If you share affiliate/partner links, cleaning may remove attribution parameters.
Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5) Third-party websites

SafeShare only modifies the link you provide. When you open a link, you interact with third-party websites that have their own terms and privacy practices.

6) Intellectual property

The SafeShare brand, design and content are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or redistribute the Service’s content beyond what is permitted by law without permission.

7) Changes

We may update these terms to improve clarity or reflect changes. The “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly.
